Who we are

OrderColor is made by Tenhatch (“Tenhatch”, “we”). Our contact details are at the end of this page.

What OrderColor does

OrderColor is a Chrome extension that colors and badges rows of the Orders, Products and Customers lists in your Shopify admin according to rules you set. It runs in your browser and never changes anything in your store.

Using OrderColor

You may install and use OrderColor for your own store and share exported rules with your team. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the extension, work around the Pro checks, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Shopify’s terms. The colors are a reading aid; you still decide what to do with each order.

Plans and payment

The free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. OrderColor Pro is $7/month, sold as a subscription through ExtensionPay and paid with Stripe. It renews every month until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from Manage subscription in the extension; Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for. Removing the extension does not cancel the subscription.

If the price of Pro changes, we tell subscribers before the new price applies to them.

Refunds

If something went wrong with a charge, email support@tenhatch.com. We look at every request, and refunds go back through ExtensionPay and Stripe to the card you paid with.

When Shopify changes its admin

OrderColor depends on how the Shopify admin is built, and Shopify can change it at any time. When that happens OrderColor may stop coloring until an update is ready. We work to keep it up to date, but we cannot promise it will always work.

No warranty

OrderColor and this website are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tenhatch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as an order you overlooked, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for OrderColor in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using OrderColor at any time by removing it. If we stop offering OrderColor, we end active subscriptions so no further charges are made.

OrderColor is an independent product. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.; Chrome and Chrome Web Store are trademarks of Google LLC.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

If these terms change, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
